Sony ha annunciato oggi il nuovo lettore Blu-Ray 3D Ready BDP-S470 che sarà disponibile entro il mese di Febbraio al prezzo di circa 200€.

 Il nuovo player quando connesso a internet supporta lo streaming di contenuti multimediali presenti su vari network quali Netflix®, Amazon Video On Demand, YouTube™, Slacker® Internet Radio, Pandora® (in arrivo questa primavera), NPR, Sony Pictures, Sony Music, ecc…

In Italia, come in altri paesi, per alcuni di questi network potrebbero esserci restrizioni dovute ad accordi commerciali.

Il lettore dispone inoltre di connettività USB ed è certificato DLNA.

Per poter visualizzare contenuti 3D sarà reso disponibile entro l’estate un aggiornamento firmware, e ovviamente si dovrà disporre anche di un televisore e video proiettore 3D Ready.
